Dr Anza Elias

Dr. Anza Elias is currently the visiting Public Health Medicine Specialist (Occupational Health) in Tenaga Nasional Berhad and Pengurusan Air Selangor.

Dr. Anza's background includes a Master's degree in Community Medicine with a specialization in occupational health from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and membership in the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) from the Royal College of Physicians Ireland. She began her career with medical training at the University of Tasmania, Australia, and went on to serve the Ministry of Health Malaysia for 15 years. Her international contributions include work at the United Arab Emirates University and involvement in WHO Occupational Health projects in the Middle East.

Returning to Malaysia in 2017, Dr. Anza continued her commitment to occupational health through roles at the International Medical University and Sunway Medical Centre. She is actively engaged in NGOs, such as AOEMM, and has involved in numerous programs, including smoking cessation, occupational disease management, fitness for work assessments, return-to work initiatives, and mental health programs.
